How do you charge for Human Translation?

The fees are decided by the language you choose to translate, the word count of the translation, and the deadline of submission.

How do you calculate the word count?

For the translation from Chinese to foreign languages, the word count in Word Count Calculation, Tool in Microsoft Word shall apply.

For the translation from foreign languages (excluding Japanese and Korean) to Chinese, 1.6 times the word count in Word Count Calculation, Tool in Microsoft Word shall apply.

For the translation from Japanese or Korean to Chinese, 0.7 times the word count in Word Count Calculation, Tool in Microsoft Word shall apply.

How soon can I get my translation result?

For documents of less than 500 words, the translation result shall be submitted within 2 hours on the day of acceptance; for documents of more than 500 words, the result shall be submitted within 1 to 3 days subject to the length of the documents.

Where can I check my translation result?

The translation result will appear in the “Project Records” in “My Ronease”, and be sent to your registered e-mail box as well. You can either log in our website to check it or find it in your inbox.
