That the user submits a project successfully as instructed on www.ronease.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is considered that the user agrees on all of the terms in this agreement with Capinfo Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Capinfo).
1 The submission of project
The user shall submit project of translation to Capinfo on the Website.
2 Word count calculation
The word count is calculated automatically by the program based on the following rules:
For the translation from Chinese to foreign languages, the word count in Word Count Calculation, Tool in Microsoft Word shall apply.
For the translation from foreign languages (excluding Japanese and Korean) to Chinese, 1.6 times the word count in Word Count Calculation, Tool in Microsoft Word shall apply.
For the translation from Japanese or Korean to Chinese, 0.7 times the word count in Word Count Calculation, Tool in Microsoft Word shall apply.
3 Translation Rate
Refer to the Rate published on the Website.
4 Way of Payment
The user shall fully pay the translation fees to Capinfo by means of E-Payment provided on the Website.
5 Translation Quality
Capinfo promises to provide translation service with the translation quality complying with the Specifications in National Standard GB/T 19363.1-2003 of the People's Republic of China .
6 Time of Result Submission
For documents of less than 500 words, the translation result shall be submitted within 2 hours on the confirmation of payment; for documents of more than 500 words, the result shall be submitted within 1 to 3 days subject to the length of the documents. The user should call our service hotline if there is any special requirement.
7 Check of Result
a. Log in the Website and check it in the “Project Records” in “My Ronease”;
b. Check it in the inbox of registered e-mail.
8. Capinfo shall take every necessary measure to keep the translated documents secret, but shall bear no legal liability for the loss resulting from the disclosure of privacy or business secrets in the documents. Capinfo shall strive to provide high quality translations, but shall bear no legal liability for the mistakes or inaccuracy of the original texts.
9. The concluding, execution, explanation of this agreement and solution of disputes shall apply to the law of People's Republic of China . If any dispute on the agreement or the execution of the agreement occurs between the two parties, both parties shall try to settle it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, any party may lodge a lawsuit to the People's Court where Capinfo is registered.
